Power Sub Link SA (PSL-MT) provides a ‘’cradle to grave’’ approach on services for subsea cables & flexible line installations including Engineering & Project Management, Route Survey & Engineering, Route Preparation, Installation, Protection, Support Services, Maintenance & Decommissioning.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
PSL recognises Health & Safety and Environment (HSE) Management as an absolute fundamental in every Project or Service the company delivers. As a result, our company has defined policies and procedures which are rehearsed, reviewed and upheld within its organization, aiming at reducing as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) the HSE risks associated with its operations and projects.
PSL fully respects and abides by any local laws, by-laws or regulations in the country of its operation at a minimum. Our QHSEMS conforms with all the requirements included in current versions of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and applies to all PSL’s activities, facilities and services provided.
We will regularly establish and review objectives as part of our continuous improvement effort.

• Zero injuries, Zero harm to the environment and Zero damage to property and equipment.
• Reduce Risk as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) via HIRA and Risk Assessment for all key activities.
• Ensure that QHSE standards are a key ingredient in the training, performance reviews, and incentives of all employees.
• Ensure the required competence levels are met and training is ongoing for all personnel.
• Ensure sub-contractor organizations manage QHSE in accordance with this policy.
• Continue to improve QHSE systems and performance as an integral part of POWER SUB LINK’s operational strategy.
• Promote a culture in which all have the belief and commitment to achieve our goals.
